1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Support team. After 24 hours, the order will be processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
  • After Dispatch: Once the product has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.

1.2 Cancellation by Cintra Cottons

  • Cintra Cottons reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or issues identified with the payment. In such cases, customers will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded fully to the original payment method.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted only in cases where there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
  • Customers must report the issue within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, no exchange requests will be accepted.

2.2 Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: The item should not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Original Packaging and Tags: The product should be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Defect: Customers must provide clear photographs or videos of the defect to aid in verification.

2.3 How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect, along with photographic evidence.
  • After approval, we will guide you through the exchange process.

2.4 Non-Eligible Items for Exchange
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items that do not have a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that are damaged due to mishandling or improper use by the customer.
  • Sale or promotional items, unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.

2.5 Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If an exchange is approved, Cintra Cottons will cover the shipping cost for the replacement product.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the defective item to us unless otherwise specified.

3. Refunds

No Refunds Policy
Cintra Cottons has a no refunds policy. Refunds are not provided for any purchase, including products with manufacturing defects. Customers may only request an exchange, as outlined above.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange for an exchange, if applicable, at no extra cost to you.
