  • For orders shipped outside Kerala, a courier charge of ₹12 per kilogram (kg) applies. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the order and added at checkout.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  • In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery. Additional fees may apply for redelivery, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
